How it Started
Founded in 2015, built to solve a real problem.
We started Grizlu after watching independent hotels lose bookings to OTAs they had no control over and run front desk operations out of spreadsheets. We built the channel manager first, then the PMS, then the booking engine — each piece shaped by hotel teams telling us what actually slowed them down. Today we serve 80+ properties and still take every support call ourselves.
