I agree that I'll NOT SMOKE IN A designated NON-SMOKING Room or else be subjected to $300.00 clean-up fee --------------------
I agree not to disturb other patrons during my stay by any means I agree NOT to have any UNDISCLOSED pets or be subject to a $300 Pet Cleanup Charge/Penalty
I agree that post official check out time (11:00 AM) i am responsible for all my belongings left in the room & hotel management is not responsible for any loss or damage.
I understand that if post designated check out time (11:00 AM) if my belongings are still in the room then hotel management has all the rights to collect & keep them till 12 PM of the check out day. After 12 PM Hotel management is not responsible for any loss or damage to my property or belongings.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS NO REFUND AT THIS HOTEL , I understand that WEEKLY rate must be paid in FULL upfront otherwise higher DAILY rate would apply.
I agree to be responsible for any damages caused to the room during my stay by me or by my guests.
I agree NOT to have guests (more than listed above) visit my room or stay for extended periods longer than 30 minutes In no way I'll ever establish this temporary accommodation as my Resident I also understand that at any given time hotel can ask me to leave for non payment and/or any hotel policy violation and I hereby give my rights for eviction as per the state of IN if ever necessary I hereby give up my rights for eviction and notice as required by the state of IN.
You are agreeing, that there will be not soliciting and smoking in front of the lobby, and no visitation allowed after 9:00 PM. Also anyone comes to your room for visit needs to be registered at the desk.
